I build reliable, scalable systems and the feedback loops that keep them healthy. My sweet spot is where software, infrastructure as code, and automation meet: Terraform-driven environments, reusable CI/CD pipelines, testing automation, software quality standards, and observability that turns signals into decisions. Recent work spans multi-region migrations, containerized app platforms. I’m cloud-agnostic with a preference for AWS and GCP (Azure-capable when needed). I mentor early-to-mid career engineers, write about practical reliability, and I'm open to senior SRE roles and selective consulting while completing a B.S. in Computer Science.
Wrote Terraform modules to migrate UpLink from AWS into Azure, including Container Apps, Document Intelligence and OpenAI–backed services. Designed end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for both backend and frontend, and built Azure Dashboards to surface key SLIs and SLOs (CPU, memory, error rate and latency metrics) for every microservice.
Developed an internal centralized catalog and execution platform using React on the frontend and Python/Go on the backend. Integrated with Ansible and HashiCorp Vault to securely provision and configure resources. Scaled from zero to 100,000 automated runs per month, serving hundreds of internal applications with self-service automation.
Rebuilt and expanded a legacy endpoint-monitoring service. As Lead SRE, designed a service-based architecture using Kafka for event ingestion, React for the dashboard, and Python workers for health checks, metrics collection, and alerting. Delivered sub-second detection of outages and streamlined on-call workflows.
A self-built tracker for my journey to 10,000 hours of drumming mastery. Features a live progress bar, total hours practiced, songs learned vs. in progress (with Spotify links), number of performances, and weekly practice heatmaps. Written in Node.js and hosted on GitHub Pages.
